Deskforge collects only what it takes to get a desk mat to your door: your name, email, shipping address, and order details. Payments run entirely through Stripe, custom design files are deleted within 90 days of production, and we never sell your data. Questions? Email [email protected].
This page explains what data we collect when you browse gamingdeskmat.com or place an order, why we collect it, who touches it, and how to get it corrected or deleted. It is written in plain English on purpose — no legal maze, no buried opt-outs.
Who we are
Deskforge is published and operated by Animouf LLC, 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. We sell XXL gaming desk mats, PU leather desk mats, and custom printed mats. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. For anything privacy-related, email [email protected] or use the contact page.
What we collect
When you browse: nothing personal. You can read every page — from the homepage to the Japanese collection or the PU leather desk mat lineup — without an account and without handing over any personal information.
When you order: Stripe's secure checkout collects your name, email, shipping address, and the design, color, or size you pick in the dropdown. We receive that information so we can produce and ship your mat.
When you pay: your card details go directly to Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — we only receive a payment confirmation.
When you order a custom mat: you email us your image along with your order number (full instructions on Send Your Design). That file is used for exactly one thing: printing your mat.
When you email us: we keep your message and address so we can reply. That's it.

How we use your data
Four things: producing your order, shipping it (free, 7-14 business days), answering your messages, and reviewing custom design files before printing. We do not build advertising profiles, we do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not send marketing emails you never asked for. The reviews shown on our reviews page are verified buyer feedback displayed as text cards — first names only, no contact details.
Custom design files: the 90-day rule
When you order a custom mat, you email your image to [email protected] with your order number. A human reviews the resolution, confirms the print with you, and only then sends it to production. Your artwork is used solely to produce your mat: we never publish it, reuse it for other customers, or feature it in our marketing. Files are deleted within 90 days of production. If your image contains copyrighted characters or logos, we politely decline it and help you pick a replacement — nothing goes to print without your confirmation, and no confirmed image means no production and nothing retained.
Payments — Stripe
Every checkout on this site runs through Stripe's secure hosted checkout. We ship to the US, Canada, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Ireland. Your design, color, or size is confirmed in the dropdown at secure checkout, and your payment data is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
Cookies & analytics
gamingdeskmat.com sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party tracking pixels. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first tool that works without cookies and does not track individual visitors across sites. When you proceed to checkout, Stripe may set cookies on its own domain (buy.stripe.com) for fraud prevention and session security — those are covered by Stripe's policy, not ours. Because we set no tracking cookies, there is no cookie banner to click through. You're welcome.
Who we share data with
Only the partners needed to get a mat from checkout to your desk:
- Stripe — payment processing and checkout.
- Production & shipping partners — they receive your name, shipping address, and chosen design so your mat gets printed and delivered. For custom orders, they also receive your approved image file.
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosts the site and provides the analytics described above.
- Our email provider — stores messages sent to [email protected].
None of these partners may use your data for their own marketing. We never sell personal information, and we have no plans to start.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live — California and a growing list of US states, plus the UK and Ireland under GDPR-style rules — you may have the legal right to:
- Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Correction — fix a wrong address or a typo in your details.
- Deletion — have your data erased once legal retention periods allow.
- Opt out of sale or sharing — easy one: we don't sell or share data for advertising in the first place.
We don't gate these rights by state. Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout and tell us what you need. We handle every request, usually within a few business days, and we never treat you differently for asking.
Children
This store is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us data — an order or a custom design file — email us and we will delete it.

Do I need an account to order?
No. There are no accounts on this site. You check out as a guest through Stripe, pick your design in the dropdown, and get your confirmation by email.
Can my custom design file be deleted sooner than 90 days?
Yes. Once your mat has shipped, email us with your order number and we'll delete the file right away instead of waiting for the standard cleanup.
Will I get marketing emails after ordering?
No. You'll receive transactional emails only: order confirmation, shipping updates, and replies to messages you send us.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data, we update this page and the date at the top. Material changes — a new analytics tool, a new category of partner — get called out here explicitly, not slipped in quietly.
